Default New IS owner and have a few questions!!

Hey there, I'll be picking up my 2001 Lexus IS300 tomorrow. It sits at 86,000 miles and automatic. Anything I should be aware of? My gf works at the Lexus dealership and I'm getting a huge deal I can't pass up!! Need upgrade ideas..first being a navigation system!! Thanks in advance!!
