Default would my car have frame damage???

hi all i have 2008 is 250 i was rear ended a few days ago by a 2007mercedes e350 at 25-35mph. my back bumper is haing off there is some blue fluid leaking under the left side of the trunk, the trunk doesnt open or close properly my exhust is bent into my right tire when i did try to drive it smoke was coming out from the back. and i wanted to know if my car would be a total loss or have frame damage ect. im still waiting on the adjusters to come out & look at it. and when and if i do to take it to a shop should i go to the lexus dealer? and if my car is a total loss how much would i get for it?

Not going to be a total loss, but probably 3-5k in damage... if there is any frame damage, it is likely to be minor and not require anything major to repair... exhaust will have to be straightened and / or repaired, no biggie there, and the smoke is most likely from the tire constantly rubbing against the exhaust...

I was just randomly browsing the 1IS forums and found this thread, move it over to 2IS, I'm sure there's members with IS250s that will love to chime in!

if the person hit u from behind in florida its a no fault state idk how cali is but thier insurance should pay for ur repair. with insurance companies if the damage exceeds 60 % -70% of the vehicles worth its deemed a total loss. ur car is nowhere near that treshhold so relax and get a rental car on that benz insurance and let them fix ur car. mind u if u go to a lexus dealer have in mind to research where the insurance company is authorizeing ur repair. with that said if u go to a authorized body shop ur garrenteed life time repair on what ever they fixed. good luck to u and hopefully everything goes well. sorry for the scrambled msg im jus in a rush and wanted to give u my 2 cents hopefully it helps.
