shifter bulb is dead, is it fuse ? or I need to replace the bulbs ?

shifter bulb is dead, is it fuse ? or I need to replace the bulbs ?

just bought IS300, shifter bulb is dead, cigarette lighter also dead --> this one gotta be the fuse, but how about the shifter ?
