just bought me an is300!
C: i recently purchased a 2002 is300 and i love it!
it's a 5 speed and i haven't found a single problem with the car yet. i bought it for a very good price IMO, he wanted $8000 cash but i got him down to $6800 it had 111xxx miles when i purchased it and i'm afraid that those miles will skyrocket because i can't stop driving it! it's sooo much fun! lol
well if anyone has some parts they have for sale, let me know.. i have many plans for this car and i'd like to start scratch some of those off the list already.
thanks C:

My personal opinion, as I've stated elsewhere: even if the owner claims he did it, if he can't provide documentation from a Lexus dealership or a reputable "Supra" shop that knows the GE/GTE well, I'd just go ahead and do it myself. Sure, it may set you back a little bit, but since you have accessories off the motor anyway, might as well go big and turbo it while you're in there...
