it is a 2004 Bluestone IS300 5speed MT. It has 79,200 miles and in IMMACULATE CONDITION! It is clean inside and out with not a single ding on the outside of the car. Clean title and no wrecks.
Dealer gave the car an alignment.
Two new front brake pads
New Drive belt
New Cabin and air filter
Changed Oil
1 new tire
Repaired all curbs wheels

Lol!. deng seems like you got some deep pockets.
but if you do, i think if you search around a little, someone did a ls7 swap on the is300. he did a step by step kind of thing.

This will make a great daily driver, I'm jealous!
But you probably should have bought a 2GS, (more comfortable daily driver).
And if you are planning to do an engine swap you should have bought a cheap $6,000 IS300 since you're gonna end up replacing the engine/trans/rear end/ and suspension anyways.. Use the extra $7,400 to get all the work done, and you're set.. No sense ripping up a perfectly good car.. Donno that's just my opinion.

UPDATE
I went back today to look at vehicle closer since I only saw it once during the night when it was cold and they were about to close.
It turns out this vehicle was in an accident and was not reported to car fax. Rear passenger door was repainted and bondo'ed. Also you can feel the respray inside the door jam.
I advised dealer of this and they didnt want to back down the price.

Still a rare car but not worth that coin with the body work. If you got a car like this, you would have to put 140k before it would need a swap, granted you did the regular maintenance. They are a good amount of IS300s out there with 160 on the clock for $5000-$7500 that are still in decent condition. I know because I am looking for one too to replace my IS350 that I rarely drive. Good luck with you search and at least you caught the body work before you made the deal. Most people would never pick up on stuff like that, dealerships hate people like us.
