I got a 02' is300 with a 95' supra swap running a AEM ems the computer is OB1 and the car is OBD2, i am trying to figure out how i can pass MASS emissions the car is running on the AEM computer i have the factory EMS! Can anyone help me or tell me what i have to do to get this to pass MASS emissions??

You cant unless you somehow convert it to OBD2 and run an OEM supra ECU and interface it with the IS, even then i doubt that will work, should have thought about all that before you bought/built a car like that in a state with emissions.

Your best bet is either get some kind of hook up or i know in Maryland(maybe mass is similar??) they have whats called a "waiver" that if you show them you spent over $500 trying to get it to pass they will let you ride for another 2 years.
