i know the discs can't be ejected coz' they are stuck with each other. that's likely coz' you have cdr with labels or so. the discs are packed very tightly inside, one paper size can cause them to get stuck....
i don't know how to pull it out though maybe someone else can help

its actually very straight forward,
Remove the lint tray on top of the dash, it will just pop up w/ a little work, but be careful not to rip it.
There are two screws under that that must be removed, take those out, then remove the vent section, it will slide out.
remove the lower section w/ the seat heater and traction buttons, that should slide right out.
after that you should see two 10mm bolts on top, and two on the bottom, remove those and the whole climate control, and stereo will come out. becarefull of the dash, you may lay down some masking tape or something.
one you get that out, you can take the stereo out of the brackets w/ four 8mm screws, then pull the top off of the CD changer, you may be able to remove the CD's carefully and not damage anything.
Good luck, and if you need more help than this check the http://my.is board and search some of the old pots, i am pretty sure there is a how to on removing the stereo or the whole dash.
