I did a little digging, but it seems like there's a lot of stuff that's different in the 450H than in the 350.. I'm right about to hit 50k and I just wanted to make sure that I get all my bases covered.

I've only changed the oil and engine filter plus the cabin filter. The dealership changed the front pads and rotors like 10k ago (due to that TSB) so they should still be fine.

Did your pads and rotors really need to be replaced at 40k? Some of my family members have hybrids(ES300h), and their pads still had plenty of material left after 50k. The regen braking does most of the braking work except for the occasional hard braking. In fact, one time, we went on a drive for 15 mins(stop and go), and the rotors were cool to touch at the destination.

Sorry, I forgot to specify lol. The dealer changed it due to the TSB or whatever it was. You know where if you turn your steering wheel all the way to one side.. it makes an odd noise or something. I'm not sure if I had that noise or if changing all that out did anything, but figured that I mind as well take advantage of that before my warranty ends. Free is free lol

Man.. I skimmed through all of it and it feels really odd that it tells you to basically do nothing to the car besides change the oil and the brake fluid -.-.. it tells us to inspect a lot of things.... so we never have to change the transmission fluid and the differential fluid?.. I recall reading somewhere on here that someone changed their transmission fluid at 100k miles on his older GS350 I think? Not entirely sure, but he sent the fluid in to get it tested and supposedly it was supposed to be changed 20k miles ago according to the lab. I mean hell it doesn't even tell us to change the brake pads lol.. kind of odd to change just the fluid and not the pads and rotors.

The tires are holding up great though! I think they feel the same or pretty similar as when I first got them. Either that or I just got used to them and can't tell the difference, but it's definitely very minor if there is a difference. No regrets at all though. Really smooth with a small increase in MPG to boot. Does nothing short of exceptional in the rain. I'm still a little cautious whenever I drive in the rain regardless, but never had the tires slip or skid. My only gripe is that while taking corners and tight turns.. you'll feel the difference between those stock Michelin's. It's not huge, but definitely noticeable.

I change transmission and diff oil every 75000 km 45000 miles on my GS450h only use the toyota oil, even the same grade of alternatives will give problems. The oil is specifically designed for the 450h CVT and LSD diff! If you use alternatives like for example Crown oils you will notice the LSD will do soft stuttering while accelerating or cruising at around 35 miles:hour.
