I am getting ready to install DVD headrest players in my RX400h. I am stumped on how to remove the read shield of the seat if that makes sence? I believe the are held in by clamps from middle to top but not sure what needs done at the bottome. And I can also feel two straps at the bottom.

Anyone know how to remove the back so I can run the wires down the seat from the headrests? Pictures? Diagrams?

I couldn't find anything on this in the factory manual - only the lower part of the seat for the position sensor.

I couldn't either. I tried searching the web but it's tough because it uses the "back" word and shows the rear seats. I couldn't find anything on youtube. I was able to find some that were already removed and up for sale on Ebay. It kinda helps since I can see that the tabs look like I need to pull down for removal but doesn't help on the bottom portion or the two elastic bands on the bottom.
