Used RX400h should be a great deal.
Ours has a lot of miles on her and she is going strong. No maintenance issues and great fuel economy.
Very happy in our 4th year of ownership!

Default 6 years and 100,000 miles

Lexus CPO warranty takes you out to 6 years from in-service date and 100,000 miles.

We bought a 2008 that was just under 3 years old, so we only picked up 2 years with the CPO warranty (factory warranty is 4 years/50,000 miles).

If you can't find CPO, you can buy a CPO warranty from Lexus dealer as long as the vehicles history is clean.
CPO vehicle is better then new because the price is 25%-60% off retail. I'm not sure why people buy new cars when there are so many CPO's out there.

Default Chrome wheels = salt damage

You be very careful with those chrome wheels. You are now in a salt area and you WILL get pitting of your chrome wheels unless you put a durable wax finish on them prior to each winter...and even then, you will be lucky not to get damage.

Chrome wheels and salt environments do not mix. Been there, done that.

You might want to get a set of snow tires mounted on non-chrome rims for winter use.

Certified adds around 1000 to the cost of the car, and, for me, I would make sure that you get a certified one; that means they went through the entire car when they got it, and should have fixed every problem that they found on it. Buying a 3 year old SUV can have some downsides, so ensuring that your car is certified will hopefully eliminate any major surprises in the first year or so..

This was from McGrath Lexus in Chicago
I love this vehicle; I traded a 2010 mazda CX9 for it, and its a lot nicer, even 2 years older and 20k more miles.
I get 28-30mpg in the city with it; we have had several hybrids, so we know how to get the best mileage. My wife has a H250, and gets 43 mpg in the city!

Good luck

I just bought my wife a used 2007 Rx400h with 73K miles for $18K (tax, title, and etc bumped it up to $20,450), and it came with new tires, battery, and an IOU for a new windshield. The car is loaded with everything but the DVD entertainment system and Mark Levinson audio. I feel like I got a good deal because I bought it out of state in Arizona and at the #1 Jeep dealership in Scottsdale. Lexus hybrids cost a premium in the southern California market, I couldn't find anything accident-free for under $22K before tax and title.

I always run my tires near the pressure rating on the types. And I do give consideration if there is a differential in recommended pressures front vs rear on the mfr's sticker on the vehicle.

BTW, I have a buddy with a Prius who says the big battery takes a while to warm up to get the high mpg, especially in cold weather.

I have a buddy with a Prius who says it takes a while for the big battery to warm up enough to get the high mpg, esp in cold wx.

BTW, there are lots of 2010 & 2011s available in FL, but the are most all FWD.
