Key fob battery
Coming up on 65K miles. Have started occasionally getting a "key battery low" notification in the car (or something like that). Looking at maint book, it looks like the dealership did replace the battery at 60K mile service (in March of this year). It seems very fast for a battery to go dead that soon. Any thoughts on how I can test it. If the battery is going dead that quick, would I have any recourse with a dealership to get it replaced or is it simply easier to just go out and buy a new battery and replace it myself. If so, what is the model battery I need and any suggestions on where to buy it?
thanks

Thanks to all the tips. I popped open the key fob and it it is a standard CR1632, 3 volt battery. On a whim, I checked mine and it was putting out...3 volts! cleaned it a bit (although it looked fine) and reinstalled it and now the remote appears to be working fine. At least I know what I need when the battery does give up the ghost!
