New Michelin LTX MS2's

I just replaced worn out Bridgestones with Michelin LTX MS 2's at Costco. Same price as the other guy got. The GX rides and handles much better with the LTX's. Really glad I made the swap and stayed away from the Latitude Tour HP's. I called Michelin before I made the swap and they said the LTX's would work fine on the GX. You can't go wrong switching to the LTX MS 2's

The LTX rides every bit as good at the Lattitudes.

They ride great. I swapped the Lattitudes for he LTX on our Jeep and am 110% satisfied.
Remember to make sure they aren't over-inflated.
As for "handling better"...I mean it's a huge body on frame SUV. It's not going to handle well on any tires. I find the LTX more stable, with much better traction in rain and snow. IMHO...that's how you want a big SUV to feel.

So I had these put in today and I think they feel great, hopefully the wife thinks so too. One thing I noticed is that these tires look so much better on the GX with nice deep tread.
What tire pressure does everyone recommend on these?

Tire shine contributing to Dry Rot, Michelins, need new RX300 tires
Here's the deal I'm looking at since BJs is also offering a $70 Michelin coupon. Car is also garaged now so dry rot should be less of an issue but I'm still interested in opinions on tire shine. $610 plus taxes for Michelins seems like a no brainer.

Using a tire shine product twice per year isn't going to cause anything with tires. If he was making an argument that using it every week had an impact, that I may buy but twice a year? Its gone in 3 days anyways.
If you have a car that sits outside, after 6 years the tires are going to be dry rotted whether you wear the tread out or not.
Is that quote for the Latitudes or the LTX M/S2?
For tire shine I use a product called Pinnacle Black Onyx Tire Gel which I like a lot:

I don't use spray on tire dressings just because they're messy, I wouldn't be worried about them hurting tires.
