Heated/Cooled seats

I noticed that in the winter the heat was coming from the lower back and bottom seat cushion on the driver's seat, however the cooled air is only coming from the bottom cushion not the lower back. Is that's what is supposed to happen?

Yup, there is a fan under your seat that simply blows air through the seat to cool it down. It would be nice to have it on the back too.
