Anyone pay less than $699 lease for their GX fully loaded (3yr, 15k miles)?
I leased a fully loaded GX and came up to $751 per month on a 36 month, 15,000 mile lease. I got my bill last evening and saw it was $699. I called up the lease company and they said it was correct because the taxes in my area (Florida) went down. They said to pai $699 so that is my new payment. By the way I put $3000 down on my contract. Is that payment a good one?

I'm paying $799 for a 39 month/15K on a GX with MSRP of $53,956 (loaded with everything but Lexus Link). No money down, no security deposit, payment includes MA 5% sales tax.
For 39 month lease, you can subtract approx $30/month for each 1K you put down, so $699 sounds right in there with the good deals.
I would question on whether taxes went down enough to drop $52/month on your lease. I don't live in FL, but I highly doubt that in these times where states are scrounging that they would drop almost 7.5%. It is more likely that either they made a mistake on the initial calculations or the sales tax is not included in your payments. If the $699 definitely includes tax, it sounds like a great deal.
