Default Lexus Suspension Alternatives

Arnott / Bilstein are not new to CL and there are other less expensive options out there when it comes to shocks, but I did not realize they made an air spring as well.

Their rear air spring comes with a Limited Lifetime warranty.

In addition, they also carry a rear spring conversion kit as well as passive dampening replacement shocks.

I intend to replace the rear air springs in the spring and I may consider the Arnott as an alternative to OEM.

Nice find. So if you do the conversion to springs, you'll also lose the dampening control, correct? Thanks for posting this info.

The dampening control is a function of the shocks, not the airbags/springs. If you change the OEM shocks, you'll lose the dampening control, which isn't the end of the world IMO.

I was referring to the replacement springs and shocks the OP posted in the above link. I just didn't word it clearly. But thanks anyway.

Ah, the description of the shocks in the link says it does away with the active dampening system, so there you go.
