Does anyone know how to reduce some of the spongeness in a brake pedal? I've already checked my brake fluid level, am positive there is no air in any of the lines. Any ideas or quick fixes to solve my issue of having to put my brake pedal to the floor before the pads start to grab the disc?

The first thing I would do/try is to flush/purge your brake system and refill it with new OEM brake fluid. Then make sure to inspect all of your brake lines to ensure there are no areas of weakness in the rubber that could be causing a pressure imbalance.

I would check for bulged brake hoses BEFORE flushing/bleeding the system, to avoid having to do it 2X if any hoses need replacing. Also have a look at the pad thickness and the rotors, to see if any of those components need replacing at the same time. If pads/rotors are good, spray them down with brake cleaner to ensure there is no contaminants on them that could be affecting brake pad bite. Brake fluid is hygroscopic, meaning it absorbs water which has different properties under pressure than brake fluid, it should be flushed every couple years, but almost nobody does this.

Within the last 6 months or so, I have replaced all four calipers, pads, and the rear rotors. Those components are good, that was also when I last bled the brake lines. I periodically check the fluid level and thats good. Guess the next thing to do is check all brake lines and hoses.
