Inputs into Rear Entertainment System?
Has anyone seen if the Rear Entertainment System, the dropdown LCD with wireless headphones, has inputs for a videogame console etc?

Yes.
There are three inputs: Yellow (video) White and Red (audio). A game console will plug in nicely. There is also a 115Volt plug on the right rear quarter panel, just behind the right middle seat. You can plug your game console directly in to that two-prong plug without having to do the 12Volt conversion.

PS: Included wireless headphones are excellent; however screen is a bit small - only 7 inches, I believe.

there is an RCA jack for Video input. as far as VCD goes, I tried one this weekend and it didn't work. i am pretty confident to say it only works for DVD.
Let me know if you have any more question.

If it has the inputs then just bring a VCD player with you. They are like 60-70 bucks. For example one on sale this week is this: Cyber Home CH-402. Its 60 bucks at bestbuy and plays DVD/VCD/SVCD/CD/CD-R/RW and MP3. Heck stick in a MP3 cd for the long drives....
