well, consensus isnt always right.....I've manually tracked my mpg for 3 tanks in a row and the calculated mpg was consistently .2-.4 mpg LESS than actual mileage. So it's a little more pessimistic than actual. Previous to upsizing the tires it WAS consistently overly optimistic to the tune of 1.5mpg. So if it said 19mpg, I was actually getting 17.5~. Now when it says 16mpg I'm actually getting 16.3~.

Also, my miles till empty has been spot on with an estimated 300-310 at fill up whereas before it was at 365-370

By the way it's interesting to me. I was driving tonight and trying to compare my RX330 to this GX. I really couldn't. There is some tech and seat similarity but over all it's a completely different ride. A better one. Much better. I hardly miss the RX and it's only been a week.

Love the cabin quietness over the RX so much. The highway and street feel it like being on a couch and the power is going to take a bit of getting used to. ML system is pretty good. I think it's allot better with classical than current itunes MP3's I had to convert to Audio CD's. But maybe that will improve with the ipod adapter.

LOVE the view. I don't feel like I am missing something in the blind spots. What a joy.

Welcome to the GX Forum.

Are you going to be adding your $80 trash can to the GX?

I forgot to mention the mirrors in my comparison on the topic. The GX mirrors are double the size. Anyone use to driving a truck and going to another vehicle with smaller mirriors, it is always like you are missing something ,when you look in the little mirrors.

Actually possibly at some point. But it will never be like the RX build.

YES! So huge! The RX are no comparison. However it's not just the mirrors. The entire car is so much bigger. So much more window space. The RX is slicker and the C pillars are a dead blind spot. I always feel nervous making lane changes. This car I am just fine.
