Default How does "Elapsed Time" indicator work? Any options?

Hey guys,
Anyway to make the elapsed time indicator (next to the clock) reset automatically everytime you start the car as it does on the RX or do you have to do it manually each trip?

It doesn't appear to auto reset like the RX does. However, it does calculate the remaining travel/trip time when you use NAV which is even better...
