Default OBD II Port Help

I bought a ELM 327 wifi interface that is known to be compatible with my 2014 Lexus GX 460. The device works fine on all my other cars but I cant get the GX to power the device. It seems as if my port is dead and maybe has a blown fuse or something but everything else on the cars seems to be functional. Anybody have any ideas? Which fuse might the OBD II port be tied to?

Thanks

So you don't get any lights on your ELM when you plug it in?

Correct, no lights when I plug it in. It powers up fine on my other cars so I know it is not the device itself.
