First mod for GX...
I was cheap and didn't want to pay $1500 for just the fog lights.
I went ahead and did this mod last night ...using H3 projectors with HID conversion .. I will update with the write up instruction later when I get to the laptop.

Will be using clear bulbs for the turn signal to get the clean look up front

very nice job.
i am going to put brighter LEDS in the fogs when i get my newer gx. i think the leds arent bright enough.
lexus should of put switchback leds in the DRLs, eliminating the ugly turn signal in front bumper.
I want to put an audi q7 style turn signal thats also a drl in bumper, but it will require cutting or moding it.
or i may just put switchback leds in turnsignal slot. That way, they are always on with main drls and switch to amber with turn signal
how does the turn signal, black piece come out. Does it pop out or are there screws in the back

So Lexus fogs are $1500 and they are not bright? Why the high cost?

The LED fog lights are pretty bright, I posted some pictures when I picked up my 2014. Great job on the install, I wouldn't have the guts to tear into my new vehicle.

i couldnt find the pics. can you post pics of led fogs?. i dont think they are as bright as the newer leds. I was going to swap them out with cree 1800 lumen leds if the assembly is easy to dismantle. dont know yet as i have no gx now

great job so far! I was thinking of doing the same before but haven't had guts to do so... Can't wait to see the full write up! can you detail the wiring and switch option you decided to use? Is there a relay or plug option that is standard behind the bumper for the fog light (plug and play) option?
It looks really clean so far
also where did you get the projector fogs? brand? Cost?
Thanks in advance!
