Unfortunately the turn signals are not wired that way. They are positively switched on the bulb side (flashing).
There are negatively-switched elements to the switch itself, but left and right are separate, so you'd need to consolidate them using diodes, or similar. Do you need a flashing input or a solid input?

I need a solid negative input, whenever the right or left turn signals are flashing.

That should do it. Now I need to buy two diodes and a relay. The relay to provide a ground for the input of the module I am using.
