Default So I went to three dealers looking for a GX in So. Calif

And guess what, very limited inventory. Toyota just isn't shipping these cars. Plus, they were only willing to give 1k off the sticker so I left.

I guess I'll wait until the end of the year and hopefully Toyota will fully resume production and shipping. Hopefully, they will come out with the LED daytime running lights in the 2012 also like the 2011 IS.

Anyways, I guess I'm waiting before I get mine.

You can turn the running lights off by not leaving the headlight switch in the auto position. I don't use the running lights unless it's raining...

You should send an email to all the dealers in your area. That's what I did when I purchased mine. I had a 2009 BMW X5 to trade in and some of the dealers weren't interested in my trade in. I don't blame them, my X5 was a lemon...

Prices vary by market and are based on supply/demand... standard economics.

1000 off sticker might be a pretty good price in your area considering inventories are shrinking because of the Japan debacle.

Next year, you may think that price of 1000 off current MSRP is far less than you'll pay if prices skyrocket (as they are expected to).

Your MSRP 60k this year, may be 65k next year...

Sounds right. I got the same numbers. Ended up with one from the east coast for 59k. Sticker was insane high because of every option box was checkd though. chrome tip, lol, did I really get that?

59k? was it the premium? Seems kinda low to me.

Also, what is a 1996 RX7? they only made them up to 1995 :-)

It was the second to last to get to the US and sat for a few weeks. It's titled as a '96. The RX7 was made for quite awhiles after actually and you could still get them but they had to be imported directly.
Yes it was premium with tips, dvd, pref acc, tow hitch, glass break (useless), remote engine start (also useless for me), intuitive park asst, nav/mark lev.
I guess I did skip the camera thingy. Too bad. I actually saw that system on an infiniti and it's very cool.
