Default What am I doing wrong?

Bought a key from 1010keys and for the life of me, can't program the lock/unlock. Been trying for an hour and I keep getting stuck where you're suppose to hold the lock and unlock for 1.5 secs and then push the lock or unlock button right after. Nothing happens. So, what am I doing wrong? Thanks!

Default Key

you can not program your key yourself unless you have the techsyream device and sofware
The dealer will have to program the key for you
