Default drive line vibration at 35mph and 48 mph

HELLO i just purchase a used 2008 gx 470, i have driven it about 200 miles and have notice a vibration at speed of 35 and 48 miles per hour. at first i thought it was the road surface .but after, changing lanes and driving at the speeds 35 an 48 mph it seems to be getting worse, I contacted my local lexus dealer and they ran the vin and said ,the previous owner had it in for a vibration issue, but found nothing, i ran a car fax on this gx before i purchased i,t and there were no issues reported by the lexus dealer, should this have been listed on the car fax service report? or that the radiator had been replaced at the same time with 108.300 miles, it now has 109000 on it/ i put the gx up on a lift and checked the drive shafts for any play and they seem fine , i contacted my local dealer and they told me it needed a drive shaft replacement., HAS any one else had this issue. any suggestion would be helpful. thanks john

When was the last time you got the tire balance? I would request a road force balance as well.

If the tire balance and rotation dont work, you can pull the driveshafts and have a local driveshaft shop check their balance and straightness. Maybe something happened to one of them in the past that is causing your issue.

This is correct. A local driveshaft shop can check and rebalance your driveshafts for a fraction of the price of a replacement. That would be the next step after checking the tire balance.

My money is on one of your driveshafts. I had the same issue on a Land Cruiser at about 70 after smacking it on a rock.
