Brief and total loss of electrical power at speed
So I'm cruising home in my '06 GX all fat, dumb and happy on a two-lane, well-paved, straight country road this afternoon stable at about 55 mph when a electrical power glitch occurred. Everything shut off for about one second or less and then came back on. The gauges, map display and radio all went dark and then immediately restarted. The map display went through it's usual boot-up period and then displayed the normal lawyer screen. During the glitch I also lost engine power, which immediately resumed along with everything else. I jiggled the keys in the ignition to see if the switch had gone intermittent, but I couldn't reproduce the event. I got on the gas and power felt normal. I made two errand stops on my way home and the GX is otherwise behaving just fine. No dash warning lights (no code thrown, at least not one sent to to the dash indicator), save for a flashing TPMS light that's been blinking ever since my last Lexus service visit about 1,000 miles ago that I haven't followed up on (yes I tried both TPMS channel switch positions and checked pressure in all five tires).
Aside from a brief catastrophic electrical short at the alternator/battery level or a brief ECU failure, I'm at a loss for what happened and am needless to say a bit concerned about old Betsy's reliability. I would be happier if a code had been grabbed.
Any ideas?

I checked all that and everything is tight. Tomorrow I'm going to replace the rear air suspension bags (one is leaking) and spark plugs, and while working on the latter I'll check the connections at the alternator.
Anyone else have any thoughts?

I was going to say ignition switch or immobilizer.
