Default Wait time for dash replacement

I've tried two dealers here in Houston to get the dashboard replaced. I'm on a list at Lexus of Clear Lake, I'm number 76. They said they are doing 1 per week. I got the letter a long time ago. Has anyone else had better luck? The car just sits in the garage because the wife hates looking at it. She drives my new truck and I'm in my old truck.

I kept contacting the dealership here in Dallas once every 2 weeks and they bumped me up. I don't know if it's because they were annoyed or because a spot opened up. I actually got mine pretty quick.

Thanks for the reply. I will start to call them more often.

I've been waiting 15+ months for my dash. Lexus of Austin said it could be another 2-3 months. My daughter's RX is also getting a dash. Her dash has chunks falling out of it leaving disgusting holes. Luckily my 08 dash is showing no cracks yet but will be replaced anyway.

There are many threads on this forum related to lead times on dash replacements. Use the search function. Wait times are anywhere from weeks to years. Best advice I can give to check with other dealers. From my experience one dealer wouldn't even put me on the list, the other (same owner) across town did it in a few weeks.
