When did you buy it with the warranty?

You're under the mileage requirement, but did you buy it (with the CPO warranty) after June of 2013?
You have to meet both the time and mileage requirements to have coverage.

I bought it last year April 2015 with 80k miles from Infiniti dealer and they told me it's As Is. There's a sticker on the driver side pillar says Certified Vehicle for 3 years 100k miles.

So the CPO is from a previous owner?
No idea if they transfer to a new owner -- I sort of doubt it. If you have some paperwork, it couldn't hurt to give them (not the Infiniti people) a phone call.

dallasguy1-

Just a note to say that I went into a local trusted repair shop today to get a quote on replacing the rack assembly based on previous reports of power steering fluid in my driver side boot.

They basically said don't need to worry about it, drive it until it really starts leaking a lot more. It is just a very small drip right now and may never need replacing. They see this all the time on Lexus, and it is pretty normal. I asked if it might last another 50,000 miles and they said no problem...

Don't know if you have already done anything, but thought you might want to know.

For now I'm going to save the money.

Thanks for the info no I didn't do anything just got the car paint treated and it's shining now, my mechanic told me the same thing. I have a IS and GS as a daily driver.
