You're under the mileage requirement, but did you buy it (with the CPO warranty) after June of 2013?
You have to meet both the time and mileage requirements to have coverage.

So the CPO is from a previous owner?
No idea if they transfer to a new owner -- I sort of doubt it. If you have some paperwork, it couldn't hurt to give them (not the Infiniti people) a phone call.

Just a note to say that I went into a local trusted repair shop today to get a quote on replacing the rack assembly based on previous reports of power steering fluid in my driver side boot.
They basically said don't need to worry about it, drive it until it really starts leaking a lot more. It is just a very small drip right now and may never need replacing. They see this all the time on Lexus, and it is pretty normal. I asked if it might last another 50,000 miles and they said no problem...
Don't know if you have already done anything, but thought you might want to know.
For now I'm going to save the money.
