Where is best, and least expense, place to purchase plastic engine compartment retainer clips that you push dozen to fasten ?

I just bought those plastic rivet fasteners from Toyota dealership, it cost $2.75 a piece.

Size is 17mm head dia./ hole size is 7mm/ 9mm length. found some on Ebay Lexus part # 90467-07117 25ea. for $7.59 free first class shipping.

NAPA auto store by me has bunch of different sizes. I brought one in with me and matched it up - bought a couple of packs of 5 for about $3.50 each pack. The store had about 6-7 racks full that you could choose from
