I am looking for a lower mileage Lexus GX470 to buy from someone here on CL. If you are looking to sell or are about to trade yours in, please PM me. Ideally, the truck has under 100K miles, and includes navigation, and a tow hitch. 2007 and 2008 are getting near the end of my price range but we may be able to work something out, especially if you are willing to accept a couple hundred more than dealer trade in value on KBB. Color is not important but I'd like it to be in pretty good condition interior and exterior, and a nonsmoking vehicle.
I've been searching for a while now on the internet but most for sale are listed way over KBB values. Sellers get frustrated and then take it to a dealer and get the KBB trade in value or worse. I'd be willing to travel a few hours drive time from NE Ohio, knowing people on this forum take great care of their trucks. My fear with places like craigslist or ebay is that I travel or fly to pick up my GX and it's beaten up.
I looked at a car locally here listed by a wholesaler in "great condition" and I am not kidding, there were rust spots on the leather and plastic trim on the door. I didnt think that was even possible. The driver's door would not shut without lifting and pushing. Great condition????
