Default instrument/gauge cluster removal

i have searched here, and general google searches as well as youtube and so forth but come up empty handed... so does anyone here have the missing link for me on how to remove the instrument cluster out of our GX? i have gotten it out to where is all free but the plug-ins in the back, i can not seam to get them separated for the life of me. i have a bulb that i think is out and want to check it and or replace it. anyone done this before, what am i missing?

When you are reaching around the back to remove the plugs, you will feel a plastic "bolt" in the middle of each plug. They must be turned counter clockwise until the plug is backed out. These plugs are not pushed and clicked in, they are "bolted" in.

Let me know if you find a bulb that's out. My lower speedo numbers are dimmer than the rest too.
