Default GX470 shifting out of overdrive

I have had my 2007 GX for 5 months now and thanks to this forum I have discovered the "clunk" issue and had the dealership replace the driveshaft. I want to start a new thread because I have a different clunk.
The new driveshaft has fixed my clunk issue at a stop but I have one more. While driving in the city or leaving the highway on the exit ramp (transmission is in overdrive) and I press the accelerator I get a clunk. This only happens when the transmission is shifting out of overdrive. I can repeat this clunk while driving around 30-40 mph. I will coast a bit then accelerate enough that it wants to shift out of overdrive and then “clunk”. It sounds loud but not much of a jerk. I have 85K on it and did not perform any fluid changes in the drive train yet. Transmission is sealed so not sure if it is worth changing or just leave it and drive nice so it don’t clunk. Has anyone had this issue?

Doesn't overdrive occur when driving at highway speeds?

This would a firstcase I have ever heard on 'post Shaft change and clunk appearing during a drive.
What you could do is, just a visible inspection of the shaft, And you would know if they have really changed it. To me there would be two reasons.
1. The Dealer has just greased the shaft and wiped and given a fresh new look.
2. Within the T/Case there is a lock solenoid, which affects the Shift Drive, if this solenoid is burnt out, There will no cluster warning, but you would have the shift issues and the trans getting into O/D mode on certain occasions.

I did inspect the driveshaft as soon as I got home from the dealer and it was brand new with the part lable still on it. This issue is in the transmission; it is nothing like the driveshaft clunk. What is happening is there is a longer delay shifting out of overdrive causing this clunk/noise rather than an instant smooth shift. I will just keep an ear on it and make certain it does not return. I just wanted to see if anyone else has this issue.
