3rd row..
Great pics!! But you have any of the third row?? I was wondering if the space is similar to the LX.... If no pics can you comment on the two?? Is the GX smaller back there? Same?? Thanks!

Great pics
Thanks for posting the great pictures. I have already commented a number of times about the bad choice of the rear door. As a NYC dealer what are you guys thinking the impact will be?
With a straight hatch this truck would be a Slam Dunk. Now I think Lexus committed a major "turnover".

I don't think it will impact the sales much, IMHO...I don't think I heard a negative comment about the tail hatch..
As for the seating in the third row, one of our guys, who's like 6'1, he sat back there, he said it was somewhat comfortable, although it's not a place where you'd want to put your "good" friends, know what I mean?

that rear door might be the big factor when deciding to get this suv. Imagin opening it at a grocery store parking lot, it would take more than a quarter of the space left for parking lot traffic.

The more I think of it the more it bums me.
So... If I buy and then trade in say 4-6 months for new RX - how bad do you think I will be burned. My lease is up on 1/1/03 and I don't know what to do. I figure it would cost me about $4K to "rent" SUV for 4+ months (its NYC don't forget!) so depending on resale/trade maybe I could "try it" and see if it bothers me as much as I think it will.
