. I filled the tank , adjusted the tire pressure. Then disconnected the battery overnight to reset it the computer. It did not work. Do I tried to reset the computer using a paper clip in the OBD slot 4 and 3 as demoed on some web site. None worked. I had no transmission trouble before the battery went dead

computer reboot worked
I had the same problem in my 2008 Lexus RX-350, although for me it was 3 lights - check engine, ABS, and VSC off - with the VSC off flashing continually. I took it into my mechanic and they couldn't find anything wrong with the engine, brakes or steering. Their diagnostic kept returning a code that said to replace the computer, but they didn't want to rush into that - and neither did I!
So they gave up and told me to take it to the dealer. I dreaded that, and remembered this forum. I found this post, and first tried messing with the gas cap (I didn't try a new one - just opening/closing my current one a few times). That didn't work. So then I disconnected/reconnected the battery and rebooted the computer. That worked! Then I came back to clublexus.com to remember how to reset the power windows switches, as I recalled that those need a "trick" to initialize after disconnecting/reconnecting the battery.
Anyway, tomorrow I'm going to tell my mechanic what I did to fix this, just in case anyone else comes into his shop with the same problem! Thank you so very much, clublexus.com - this forum is amazing for anything and everything Lexus!

Lexus Test Driver
Man what a week folks. This happened to me and the wiper fluid light came on, tpms tire light came on, vsc, check engine, my dash looks like a Christmas tree. When it rains it pours. Luckily this happened after my smog check and my.milage has gone down a bit so maybe a silver lining. Sheesh....

Ok so the lights are on for a while now, i never rush into this because nothing appears wrong etc....had it in 2 weeks ago,m replaced oxygen sensor....nope not it, i alone replace the gas cap with a new one...nope not it....now my air bag light comes on every now and then. so going in to the garage today...not sure what to expect...did all the tricks that I know of (disconnect battery etc....doing so it stays off for a day then comes on) BTW...2003 original owner 260K miles....
