I have decided not to buy the extended warranty

I have the 2008 RX350 and I am the original owner. The car has less than 8,000 miles and is totally garaged and pampered. Judging from the posts above I have decided not to buy the extended warranty. I would hate to fork out over 2k only to get some BS and heartache from Lexus down the road. From what has been said above, it seems that Lexus sells these warranties for a profit, not as a service.

Just wanted to let you know that i got the Lexus extended warranty from Jerry Johnson yesterday (7/23/13) and it was the lowest prices that i was able to find anywhere.
