Check Engine, VSC Trac, VSC Off, Anti Skid Lights On
The codes that were pulled were P0031, P0038, and P0036. It was suggested to me that I needed to get the O2 sensor(s) replaced. I haven't done that yet but I wanted to get second opinions. The car has about 70k miles and I've only owned it about 2 months now. The maintenance light is also on because I need to get the oil changed and tires rotated. Could the maintenance light have anything to do with the other check engine lights coming on or do you think this is something I need to get fixed?

Before spending a ton of money, replace the gas cap. This series of lights is common when there's an air leak in the gas tank (evaporative emissions failure).

Thanks i'll try it. Is there anyway to check to see if your gas cap is leaking air before replacing? Or do you just need to replace it and then drive it a while and hope it fixes the issue?

99% sure it's the fuel cap. Toyota is nuts about engine management when there are even small issues/warnings. So if the vacuum for the cap is failing (which has been well documented all over the webs), the truck will disable all of the nannies to ensure no engine damage occurs. Spend $20-$30 and get the OEM part. That may make your headache go away very easily...

Step 1: Take off the old part and put on the new one. Step 2: Drive away smiling with all lights turned off. I don't think there's anything special needed -- other than the new part.

You may still need a new O2 sensor, but this ought to clear up a lot of those lights.

I have the 2008 GX470 if anyone was curious. Anyways I went ahead and got a new gas cap from a Lexus dealership. I went to an autozone and they erased my codes for me. However, the check engine and all the other lights came on about 2 or 3 minutes after the car was started. Looks like you guys are right it is the oxygen sensor. I'm taking it in tomorrow to get it replaced.
