i don't think you can, it says no in the manual.

Although the manual prohibits towing for long distances with all wheels on the ground, you should call Remco. They will tell you if they have the equipment to modify your GX for towing four-down. I modified a 4X4 Tundra for towing behind our MH with a Remco driveshaft disconnect, but that truck doesn't have full-time 4-wheel drive like the GX. I would think you can use two driveshaft disconnects to do this, or maybe do it with a lube pump -- they will tell you for sure.

One good indication that it should be possible to tow four-down is that Roadmaster makes tow brackets for the GX and the 4Runner. You should also give them a call to see how people are doing it.

BTW, I met a guy in a campground once who ruined the transmission in his brand new RX330, by towing it without any modifications (the RX manual also prohibits this). Lexus was kind enough to replace his transmission for him.

You can if you put the truck on a trailer...otherwise you will need to disconnect the drive shaft as the previous poster mentioned.
