Chiling wind from driverside door

As the tepm. drops below 20F, I always feel the chiling wind to my left foot even with speed of 40-50 miles. I don't know where it comes from, the door doesn't seal well? Should I have it checked? Thanks in advance

Is it like that even after the heat is blowing, that may just be the vents set or circulating the outside air inside
