Greetings Gentleman,

My wife and I are looking at a 2003 GX 470, with Navi and Mark Levinson package....dealer wants $49,000 for it....the car has 7980 miles on it good deal ?


Also I noticed the car has the floppy weather strip issue at the top of the roof-line, is tere an official YSB about this ?

What else to look out for ?


Also can't out figure if I should do all cash deal or finance ?

We paid 1K more for a brand new one last August including the heavy duty tow package.

Not good enough for me. I bought an '04 last October with Nav, 3rd row, heavy hitch, spoiler for $49,300.

I think that's too high. Just bought a brand new '04 GX with Nav/ML Stereo, 3rd Seat w/AC, Rear Entertainment System, Factor Rear Spoiler, Towing Receiver w/ball mount & Preferred Accessory Pkg (Wheels Locks, Cargo Mat, Cargo Net) for $50K. Not to mention the fact that the '04's built after Nov '03 come with Rear View Camera and low pressure tire warning system.

You can get an '04 comparably equipped to what you're looking at for less money. You should easily be able to get $3,000 to $3,500 off of sticker on an '04.

Ok...you guys were great the dealership agreed $3,000 off the MSRP for a 2004 GX 470 with Mark Levinson and Navi...I forgot to ask though, will that include the DVD player ?

so MSRP was $51,813 then less $3,000 would have final price of $48,813.00


Is this good ??

Its wierd, I see really high used prices for 03 gx's. I just bought mine this weekend in chicago at brederman lexus (actually gleview, IL) and I got 04 nav, ML and 3rd row for 49300.00 befor taxes? I originally thought I was going to have to pay msrp but I guess there discounting. let me know if you need any more info.

are the larger markets the only ones discounting. Minneapolis and Omaha sell at or above MSRP.
I wish I could get those deals!!
