Hey, I forgot to mention that everything was working fine until a couple weeks after I installed subwoofers. Makes me wonder if there is a certain and specific way for installation. I don't think this is a flood car since it has a clean carfax. I went to a automotive store to get my alternator checked and while he was checking my alternator the machine froze up. Dude said when that happens it usually is the alternator. I was reading another thread about random reboots and a lot of people replaced the whole indash unit and it still didnt fix the problem. I dont see myself paying 150 for a diagnose test just so they can tell me what the problem is.

Check all your connections for the amp powering the subs. Most likely you are drawing too many amps from the electrical system and are on a crash course to burn up the brushes and damage computers with the voltage and amp spikes.
