Default how to change differencial oil on 06 gs300 AWD

i have never done it and i did search here for DIY, can anyone help me with it? car has 105K miles on it, and i do not know if it was done. stealership wants $200 for it

$200? For one side or both? Toyota here will do it for about $50 each side.

How hard is it to do? Isnt it unplug, drain then refill? How much oil cost?
