Builtuff

I was driving normal and got a p0018 code vsc and the slippery car symbol...don't really notice anything different with motor,and there really isn't any literature on this...from what I gathered I'm thinking it jumped a tooth on timing belt?? Btw the code reads as camshaft sensor correlation...
Thx if anyone has any knowledge on this
