No auto reroute or voice guidance '06 GS300

Hey guys, I've had my gs300 for about a year now and I've been having a persistent issue with my navigation. I cannot seem to get voice guidance no matter what I do. I noticed that the car has what appears to be an override switch and is running map version 5.1. I've also noticed an issue where the maintenance log in the info screen is not updating the milage till service and am wondering is this could be related to the issue. Car has ML and nap.

I've already tried unhooking the battery for an hour and had no luck.
