I would think if you have to tell the installer how to do his job, you should probably go somewhere else...

As far as tire pressure goes, it's stamped on the side of the tire...

Radial tire, but the installer should know that. So make sure he install it facing the correct direction.

Whatever is on the tire reduce that by 10%. Never inflate tires to the maximum PSI on the tire

I'd go with what's on the door jam.

The tire pressure on the side of the tire gives you the max pressure a tire can take. If you want to know the recommend tire pressure for your car look at the sticker on the inside of the driver side door. My sticker says 33 psi and my Lexus dealer recommends 35 psi.

My GS is an AWD so I don't have run flat tires but I'm pretty sure there isn't a special procedure when switching tires. The TPMS sensor will only go off if your tire pressure is low and has no knowledge of what type of tire is on the car. You may want to invest in a spare tie because most cars that come with run flats don't have a spare tire.

Do you have a spare tire in the trunk? Some come with run flats for a reason. Some tire shops may not install for that reason.

^ Right there..... Follow what's in your door, give or take a few psi (doesn't hurt at all).

I have the DWS. My second set. First set got 45,000 miles and I could have probably gotten another 10,000 out of them. LOVE them, best tire I've ever had.

I keep mine at 35 PSI.

I just recently went 20's. had the contiprocontact and it was good tire( soft and quiet). Went 1 year 6 month without rotating tires and they still look brand new. My Lexus dealer here kept my tires pressure at 36 or 37 psi
