So I have a 2007 GS350 and I searched only to find even more confusion. Is Bank1 the driver side or passenger side of the V6? Im just interested in the 3.5L V6 information.

Bank one will be on the Passenger Side of the car, or left side if you are standing in front of the car looking under the hood.

Thanks man... I really haven't ever touch this car the way i build 2JZ's. so i never really had the reason to open the hood and take off the engine covers to find Piston #1. just oil changes, washer fluid refills and gas for the GS

Not to mention, the 2jz is a straight-6 and your's is a v6 .
