Probably the worse brakes on any car out there in the market... are on Lexus GS cars.

ok so i called the Lexus Corporate, told them its been driving me crazy and don't think is fair that they wont cover it under TSB and my car is under CPO warranty, they are saying that this is wear and tear item so it shouldn't even cover, then i say the brake ARE defective that's why there is a TSB for it so it shouldn't be a wear and tear item, and if that's the case why would new car has better warranty than CPO when my car salesman tells me they are exactly the same warranty OR BETTER!

I wasn't really in the mood for talking to them much longer over the phone so at first they offer me $100 credit on new brake i was like nahh i want my whole entire brakes job all 4 corner pads + rotors + labor cover for by Lexus.

Then they say from the dealer's inspection they only found my front brakes are squeaking and nothing in the rear, so i was like fine just replace the front. But what they tell me is they will only cover front padding since the rotors wouldn't cause any issue. So what they do is offer me a new and improve non-squeaking brakes pad + remachined the rotor for 50/50. Still a lot better than paying everything out of pocket.

anyway going to wait for dealer to give me a call when they have a confirmation from Lexus Corporate to get my brakes replace

My brother these are right there with the nissan maxima squeaksters. I replaced rotors/pads/greased the shims heavily and in doing this found a seized caliper I had to replace. Grease those slider pins on the calipers if you replace the pads. This 2007 GS350 has been at the dealership for recalls and problems more than all my other cars together.
