2006 GS300 AWD spare donut specs
Hello,
I have couple of questions ( i tried to search) related to 2006 GS300 AWD :
1. what is the spec for spare donut ? is T125/70 D17 going to fit?
2. is it safe to use spare donut with AWD transmission?
I replaced the RFT tires with non-RFT and it appears that trunk does not fit full size wheel, so that is
why i'm looking for spare donut specs.
thank you
denis

1. T155/70D17 is the size
2. As long as the overall circumference is the same between the running tires and the spare, it should be fine for short distances and lower speeds.
Long term damage is caused when you are running different circumferences/diameter because it causes one wheel to turn at a different speed than another, causing them to fight each other (undue stress on the differentials)
