Red face The 9005 LED bulbs from V-LED.com, am I too picky or it's normal?

Just got the New 28 LED DRL kits from V-LED yesterday,
after put it to my car found out the front side of LEDs they are not in the same order,
one will light up in "+" one in "x" kinda ugly in my headlight,
emailed V-LED about the problem and want to get an exchange but they reply they won't cover for the shipping as they do not considered it's a defective item......
Am I too picky or it's normal for any LED products can buy from anywhere?
PS: For anyone who wants to upgrade your DRL with the "NEW" 630 lum 28 LED bulbs, not recommend if you already have the "OLD" 400 lum 28 LED bulbs, all I can say they are not much different for you to tell in person compare the OLD VS New.....

I can see a clear difference between the two bulbs in your photos - so the brighter ones are exactly that.

As for your concern:
a) you won't see it from INSIDE the car
b) it's immaterial the orientation of the bulb, as the design is generating a flood pattern

But, if you're not happy with it for whatever reason(s) and they'll refund you the cost of the bulbs, then take it and chalk it up as experience.

Agreed with what Boron said, honestly it's YOUR car, you can be as picky as you want. So if it bothers you, return it.

I can point out a hundred worse little things in your 3GS that buying a 4GS would fix, you should do that before worrying about the orientation of LEDs on a bulb.
