I guess the question is will it look any worse than it does now. In other words, assuming I touch the small chips up with Dr. Color Chip or whatever, and then cover it with a clear bra, will it look at least as good as if I didn't have the clear bra at all. Or, will the clear bra somehow make the touched up chips look worse?

Well its hard to say but my guess would be dependent on if it was done correctly, most likely it wont look worse.

Note that with the clear bra you still get chip in places that it doesn't cover. And I believe some big 'rock' can penetrate the plastic too.

The dr.colorchip now sounds a lot better for $40 which fixes the chips comparing to this $700.

Clear bra covers the most vulnerable surfaces. Also, it prevents rock chips from appearing, so it is not wasted money.
