I think I posted a thread in the FAQ from one of our first members to run this years ago. I think he was the one that helped with the fitment and design for 4080 who was the original maker of these custom boxes. Best option unless your going full custom and showing your car.
Wiring you can tap into the wires at the Amp or you can tap into the wires at the sub. Easier to tap the wires at the Sub IMO especially if your not going to run it. I left the OEM sub plugged in.

I wasnt able to determine on the ML amp what to tap so I did mine at the sub. I may be able to get you the wire diagram later. PM me your email addy again and I can try to send it over. LMK if you have ML or the Pioneer (stock) radio.
I thought there was a thread in here on the stock amp and what color wires to tap (if you have the stock radio I would search just in case)
